My landscape selection is based on areas around the beautiful Canadian Rocky Mountains. I am mesmerised by the movement of water and mountains, and love to paint all seasons of the year. The mountains make me feel small in a good way, knowing that nature is the master of all things, and I am only here for a visit. 

I am fascinated by the texture and colours of the ocean and all things in it. It is such a paradox of smooth and rough edges, bright colors and mottled light, inviting and unforgiving. Seascapes enchant me, and make me long for returning to the ocean for a visit. 

Welcome to my collection of Ravens and edgy paintings. Each Raven painting is carefully layered on piano notes, with the music selected being a reflection of the raven's character. The piano notes are from my father's collection, and in some cases, they are over 50 years old. They were cherished as music notes, and I hope they are now cherished in the paintings. 

The abstract paintings are from the classes that I teach, and I dont do them often.
